Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) to slhfreshfruits@gmail.com if the item is spoilt, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Kindly ensure to send us a photo of the damaged/ incorrect delivery for verification purpose. Please note that we are unable to address any issue without a photo proof.
*Note that each incident is handled by a case by case basis. We will seek to provide the best solution and treatment for each issue and seek your understanding in any inconvenience caused.
Exchanges
As our items are all perishable products, we do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original/Partial payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
